What an amazing treatment ! I've been suffering from an upper back pain. It got so bad that my pain would wake me up in the middle of the body or I could not fall asleep. On a scale 1-10 my pain level was 8 most of the time. After just 1 night sleeping on the mat my pain level drop to 3. I can't imagine anything else being as effective as this grounding mat. I no longer take ibuprofen, I told all my family and friends about it. Thank you for changing my life!

I have noticed a significant change to my mood and physical well being since I've been using the grounding mat. I have had an overall improvement in my movement and mood. More active than I have been for a long time.
The only thing that I can find fault with is that sleeping on the mat makes you sweat and this can be quite uncomfortable. But I have been putting it to the side of my mattress and just making sure that I have some part of my bare skin is touching..

I was pleasantly surprised to have had a solid night's sleep after the first session of using my grounding mat. I tried it again the next day, and again, slept solid. I have struggled with sleep for over a year and I am so happy to have found a healthy solution. I also struggle with chronic pain and inflammation from an ankle surgery. It has been 2 weeks of using the mat and I can honestly say that my pain is at least 75% gone.

Game Changing for my Lower Back pain

I was experiencing extreme lower back pain I started using the Grounding Well bed sheet. Within 2 days of sleeping with my shirt off my lower back had minimized drastically. I prefer to sleep with a shirt on so start putting the sheet at the base of my bed because I usually wear shorts & my legs are exposed & it was most effective at the top of the bed. I usually end up kicking the sheet loose when it's at the bottom. My son used it as well after a ankle injury & he considerably reduced swelling as a result.

Life Changing

All I can say is, where has this been all my life! I’m just glad that awakening to the darkness of this World has allowed me to research, understand and accept that we are truly one with Mother Earth. Grounding has eliminated my lower back pain and hip pain. I’m sleeping throughout the night and waking up refreshed. Technology that was long ago suppressed is no longer. You just have to have eyes that see and ears that hear. God Bless Everyone.

Great night's sleep

Arthritis pain diminished substantially

Love, love, love it! I just wish it were a full fitted sheet instead of an 18 inch width size. It’s a bit expensive compared to others on the market but I would pay the price again for the amazing results!🙂

Amazing

I bought one for myself and one for my mum. She’s sleeping through the night and loving the way she feels rested in the morning. She used to be up through the night but not anymore. It has helped me with lower back problem that disappeared and am sleeping like a baby. I didn’t realise how much tension or stress I was carrying before but now wake up feeling relaxed and calm, massive shift. I have been recommending this product to everyone. Love it!

Glad I got my Ground Sheet

I have had the Grounding Sheet for just over 1 week now and find I am sleeping so much better and not waking up all the time at night, and because of that am now getting more active during the day. I also have Dermatitis and a lot of skin damage on lower half of my legs, and in that short time have honestly noticed a very slight change in the skin, so am excited to see what will happen as time goes on. Also while sitting outside I kick my shoes of and put my feet on the concrete so I get some grounding that way during the day.

Pain relief

Last night we put in the bedsheet at the top of our bed we both have painful shoulders and night time is is worse as soon as we lay down the pain comes to cause us sleepless tossing and turning. My husband was very skeptical but since the mat is helping my legs I was not. And to our surprise we both slept very well. I'm a happy person today and he said I think it kept the pain at bay. So happy

Grounding sleep

Started using grounding sheet 10 days ago. I suspect my sleep is good and getting better . I noticed after waking in the morning , the normal body acks and pains are less prevalent . Check back in 60 days for another update

It was worth a try......

Sceptical was the word I used as there are lots of phoney gimmicks out there, however I gave it a try and the first morning I woke up feeling poorly however my wrist did not ache and that was an amazing thing because they had been painful for about a year. By the third morning I had a very restful night and it continues to amaze me that I sleep well every night and wake without pain in my wrist. Bought a grounding sheet for each one of my daughters!

Feeling grounded

A nice size sheet to go across our bed. We put some clips on each end and used elastic to keep it in place but otherwise the sheet has performed well. It took us a few days to get used to the buzzing feeling but now enjoy a good sleep.

Sleep Therapy at Its Finest!

Having struggled with anxiety-related sleep issues, I was intrigued by the concept of groundng. After trying it out, I'm incredibly impressed. The sheet not only fits my bed perfectly (it's universal) but also provides a sense of tranquility and calmness that I've never experienced before. I've noticed a significant reduction in my nighttime anxiety, and I'm able to fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night. It's like having a therapeutic sleep session every night. Suffice it to say, I am pleasantly taken aback by the efficacy of this product, and I am more than eager to recommend it to my circle of friends.

Much better than using the mat on bed

I'm a big fan of grounding well's products and own the mat which I use to sleep on. This sleep strip is much cleaner than placing a dirty mat - that's been on the ground- onto my bed. Have not noticed any difference in efficacy.

What an amazing treatment ! I've been suffering from an upper back pain. It got so bad that my pain would wake me up in the middle of the body or I could not fall asleep. On a scale 1-10 my pain level was 8 most of the time. After just 1 night sleeping on the mat my pain level drop to 3. I can't imagine anything else being as effective as this grounding mat. I no longer take ibuprofen, I told all my family and friends about it. Thank you for changing my life!

Helped with inflammation

I have noticed a significant change to my mood and physical well being since I've been using the grounding mat. I have had an overall improvement in my movement and mood. More active than I have been for a long time.
The only thing that I can find fault with is that sleeping on the mat makes you sweat and this can be quite uncomfortable. But I have been putting it to the side of my mattress and just making sure that I have some part of my bare skin is touching..

Very sound sleep.

When I figured out how to use it- the next morning was incredible! Energy was great, bones didn't ache ache- it was wonderful
Since then, not so much. I sleep on it full body, head to toes naked. Is that ok?

I was pleasantly surprised to have had a solid night's sleep after the first session of using my grounding mat. I tried it again the next day, and again, slept solid. I have struggled with sleep for over a year and I am so happy to have found a healthy solution. I also struggle with chronic pain and inflammation from an ankle surgery. It has been 2 weeks of using the mat and I can honestly say that my pain is at least 75% gone.

Game Changing for my Lower Back pain

I was experiencing extreme lower back pain I started using the Grounding Well bed sheet. Within 2 days of sleeping with my shirt off my lower back had minimized drastically. I prefer to sleep with a shirt on so start putting the sheet at the base of my bed because I usually wear shorts & my legs are exposed & it was most effective at the top of the bed. I usually end up kicking the sheet loose when it's at the bottom. My son used it as well after a ankle injury & he considerably reduced swelling as a result.

Life Changing

All I can say is, where has this been all my life! I’m just glad that awakening to the darkness of this World has allowed me to research, understand and accept that we are truly one with Mother Earth. Grounding has eliminated my lower back pain and hip pain. I’m sleeping throughout the night and waking up refreshed. Technology that was long ago suppressed is no longer. You just have to have eyes that see and ears that hear. God Bless Everyone.

Arthritis pain diminished substantially

Amazing

I bought one for myself and one for my mum. She’s sleeping through the night and loving the way she feels rested in the morning. She used to be up through the night but not anymore. Glad I got my Ground Sheet

I have had the Grounding Sheet for just over 1 week now and find I am sleeping so much better and not waking up all the time at night, and because of that am now getting more active during the day. I also have Dermatitis and a lot of skin damage on lower half of my legs, and in that short time have honestly noticed a very slight change in the skin, so am excited to see what will happen as time goes on. Also while sitting outside I kick my shoes of and put my feet on the concrete so I get some grounding that way during the day.

Pain relief

Last night we put in the bedsheet at the top of our bed we both have painful shoulders and night time is is worse as soon as we lay down the pain comes to cause us sleepless tossing and turning. My husband was very skeptical but since the mat is helping my legs I was not. And to our surprise we both slept very well. I'm a happy person today and he said I think it kept the pain at bay. So happy

Grounding sleep

It was worth a try......

Sceptical was the word I used as there are lots of phoney gimmicks out there, however I gave it a try and the first morning I woke up feeling poorly however my wrist did not ache and that was an amazing thing because they had been painful for about a year. By the third morning I had a very restful night and it continues to amaze me that I sleep well every night and wake without pain in my wrist. Bought a grounding sheet for each one of my daughters!

Feeling grounded

A nice size sheet to go across our bed. We put some clips on each end and used elastic to keep it in place but otherwise the sheet has performed well. It took us a few days to get used to the buzzing feeling but now enjoy a good sleep.

Sleep Therapy at Its Finest!

Having struggled with anxiety-related sleep issues, I was intrigued by the concept of groundng. After trying it out, I'm incredibly impressed. The sheet not only fits my bed perfectly (it's universal) but also provides a sense of tranquility and calmness that I've never experienced before. I've noticed a significant reduction in my nighttime anxiety, and I'm able to fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night. It's like having a therapeutic sleep session every night. Much better than using the mat on bed

I'm a big fan of grounding well's products and own the mat which I use to sleep on. This sleep strip is much cleaner than placing a dirty mat - that's been on the ground- onto my bed. Have not noticed any difference in efficacy.
